1.Beta status
Appraze is in early access and can be buggy. Features may change or break without notice. Keep your own records of critical business data — don't rely on Appraze as your only copy during the beta.
2.Your content is yours
You own your inventory, deals, and listings. You grant us a license to process that content to operate the service, and to use anonymized, aggregated usage patterns to improve our algorithms. We never sell your content.
3.Acceptable use
One account per person. No abuse, attacks, scraping, or reselling access without our written permission. We may suspend accounts that violate these terms.
4.AI features
Deal analyses and valuations are estimates to support your judgment — not financial advice. Markets move; verify the numbers before you buy. You're responsible for your own purchasing decisions.
5.No warranty
Early access is provided "as is," without warranties of any kind, express or implied.
6.Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, our liability is limited to the amount you paid us (if any) for the service.
7.Termination
We may suspend or terminate accounts for abuse or violations of these terms. You may delete your account anytime; deletion requests are honored within 30 days.
8.Governing law
