The short version
We collect the minimum needed to run Appraze and make it better. We never sell your data. We never share it with advertisers.
What we collect
- Account info — your name, email, and password (stored as a one-way hash, never in plain text).
- Your business data — the inventory, deals, listings, and sales records you create in Appraze. This data is yours: export or delete it anytime.
- Usage data — which features you use, deal analyses you run, and basic diagnostics. We use this to improve our deal-math algorithms.
- Bug reports — the description you send, plus your screen, a timestamp, and the app version, so we can fix the problem.
- Payments — after the beta, payments are processed by Stripe. We never see or store your card numbers.
What we don't collect
We don't collect your contacts, location, photos, or files — unless you explicitly use a feature that needs them. We never sell, rent, or share your personal data with third parties for marketing.
Where your data lives
Your data is stored in a secure cloud database (Google infrastructure). Backups are kept off-server for 30 days.
Your rights
- Export — download everything with one click via "Download my data" in your account settings.
- Delete — email chale@cooperrivertrading.com and we'll delete your data within 30 days.
Changes to this policy
If this policy changes, we'll post the update in-app. Continuing to use Appraze after a change means you accept the updated policy.
